Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counseling is designed to help adults and children, who want to learn healthy eating habits, gain or lose weight, or have medical conditions such as Diabetes Type II, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Fertility Issues, PCOS, Food Allergies, Gout, Gerd, Auto-immune conditions, Osteoporosis, Cancer and other illnesses that would benefit from healthy eating. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Dr. Kalu helps you understand and relate how you are eating to creating the health and body you now carry around with you.

Dr. Kalu understands that food and dietary habits change everything. As your daily food intake change, so does your body, your thinking, your emotions and your moods changes too. We work hand in hand to develop a plan for your personal situation, lifestyle, health, time constraints.

We will help you make your health a priority, giving you more time and energy to enjoy life. We will reach your goals in eating the right foods for your body, achieving your optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, maximizing energy and lifestyle factors that create an inspired fulfilling life. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.  We help empower you to transition to a healthier lifestyle.
